Julie Murray (Reno)
A highly sought-after philanthropy expert, board member and business leader, Julie Murray has led numerous successful public/private partnerships and social impact projects for corporate funders, family foundations and community leaders. Principal and CEO of the Moonridge Group, and President of the Moonridge Foundation, she is widely credited with transforming social impact in Nevada to be more strategic and collaborative.
While serving in 2019 and 2020 as the President and Board Chair for the NV International Women’s Forum, she formed a successful strategic alliance with the National Association of Corporate Directors and led the IWF team who won the bid to host the 2022 IWF World Leadership Conference in Las Vegas.
Murray has been honored for the strategic and collaborative nature of her work. She co-founded with business leader and philanthropist Eric Hilton the Three Square Food Bank in Las Vegas, a $55m annual operation that is sought after for its award-winning national-model best practices. She worked with philanthropist athlete Andre Agassi to launch the national model charter school, Agassi Prep, and is the co-founder of the “I Have a Dream” Foundation Nevada.
Murray serves on the Nevada Board for SilverSummit Healthcare and on the Community Advisory Council for Barrick/NV Gold Mine. She is the Board Chair for the Moonridge Foundation, a Donor Advisory Fund; and on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada and Noah’s Animal House.
She is a frequent speaker about philanthropy and has served as an adjunct professor of philanthropy at the University of Nevada Las Vegas teaching graduate students about driving efficiencies into social impact.
Murray resides in Las Vegas and has three grown children and one new grandbaby.

Alexis Meruelo (Las Vegas)
Alexis Meruelo is a dynamic business leader, philanthropist, and advocate for women’s empowerment, dedicated to helping others rise to their full potential—starting from within. As Chief Vision and Purpose Officer of the Meruelo Group—owner and operator of over 20 companies across more than 10 industries—Alexis oversees Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives that span hospitality, media, construction, and food manufacturing.
Representing the Second Generation of her family’s leadership, Alexis has redefined what it means to lead from both the head and the heart. Her mission is to use business as a force for good, embedding purpose and equity into every level of the organization while creating opportunities for underserved communities across Nevada, California, and beyond. Over the past decade, her leadership has driven more than $25 million in community contributions, from scholarships and education programs to small business grants and cultural initiatives
In November 2025, Alexis launching The Business of Her, a women’s leadership conference designed to equip women with the tools, connections, and confidence they need to lead in business and in life. Held at the SAHARA Las Vegas—the only Latino-owned casino on the Strip—the one-day event will feature transformative panels, skill-building workshops, high-impact networking, and a $10,000 business grant competition for local female entrepreneurs, along with additional cash grants for two runners-up. More than just a conference, The Business of Her is a movement to help women believe in themselves, claim their seat at the table, and build the careers and businesses they’ve always envisioned.
Building on this vision, Alexis is also launching a women’s mentorship program aimed at empowering participants to step into leadership roles by first cultivating inner confidence and self-belief. Drawing from her own journey—including overcoming imposter syndrome—Alexis mentors women to not only set bold goals, but to take action and own their power.
Her debut book, Rising to Lead (February 2026), is a guide for young women navigating their careers, offering practical strategies, real-life stories, and inspiration to lead authentically and fearlessly.
A proud alumna of the University of Notre Dame, with both BBA and MBA degrees, Alexis serves on the boards of the Hospitality Charitable Foundation and the Notre Dame Institute for Latino Studies and was named a United States–Spain Council Young Leader in 2025.


Frank Gallagher (Reno)
Frank Gallagher is a fifth-generation Nevadan, born and raised in Elko. After graduating from Elko High School, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. With deep roots in the state, Frank has spent his professional career shaping Nevada’s real estate landscape, bringing over 38 years of experience in office, industrial, and investment sales, as well as property development across Northern Nevada.
Frank’s career began in 1980 when he joined Preston Q. Hale & Associates, later becoming a partner and renaming the firm Hale Day Gallagher Co. By 2005, he formed NAI Gallagher Commercial Real Estate Services and subsequently merged it in 2007 to create Commercial Partners of Nevada. In 2018, Frank founded Gallagher Commercial Properties to focus more closely on the specific needs of select clients. He has successfully completed over 350 sales and lease transactions and played a key role in the development of several significant properties, including the 100 West Liberty Office Building in Reno and the South Fork Commerce Center in Elko.
In addition to his professional achievements, Frank is deeply committed to the community. He has served as the past Chairman of the Board of NAI Global and has been involved with numerous organizations such as the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, and the Nevada State BAR Disciplinary Board. His community service extends to leadership roles with Saint Mary's Health Network, the University of Nevada – Reno Foundation, the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), and the Nevada Museum of Art, among others.
Building a Legacy of Giving

Diana Bennett (Las Vegas)
Diana is a second generation casino operator and philanthropist. She serves on multiple 501C3 boards throughout Nevada. She and her cousin, Scott Menke founded Paragon Gaming, an owner, operator and developer of multiple properties through western United States and western Canada. Paragon is still running various properties in Nevada.
As President of the Bennett Family Foundation, she is one of Nevada’s most recognized philanthropists. Her foundation supports many organizations that focus on health, education, and wellbeing of women and children throughout the valley.
Ms. Bennett has been recognized as one of the top ten women in gaming and received the ultimate honor of being inducted into the American Gaming Hall of Fame in 2017.

Taylor Morelli (Las Vegas)
While pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Northern Arizona University, Taylor was actively involved in Delta Delta Delta international collegiate women’s fraternity, where she held various leadership roles focused on raising funds and awareness for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. After completing her degree and her Las Vegas hiatus, Taylor transitioned into the public relations and event spaces where she was able to cater to a variety of clients across various industries.
Now navigating new motherhood, Taylor continues to champion the causes she’s passionate about, blending purpose with this new chapter of life and inspiring the next generation.

Keita Young is the Vice-President of Community Impact at FanDuel, where she leads the development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive external community impact strategy. Keita is tasked to drive bold, purpose-driven strategies that create measurable change and align corporate values with community advancement.

community impact strategy. Keita is tasked to drive bold, purpose-driven strategies that
create measurable change and align corporate values with community advancement.
Keita joined FanDuel in 2022 as the company’s first Head of Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion (DEI), where she crafted and delivered a company-wide DEI strategy. In that
role, she launched initiatives to attract, retain, and engage a diverse and talented
workforce, positioning DEI as a business imperative essential to FanDuel’s ongoing
success.
Before FanDuel, Keita spent over eight years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she
held several leadership roles. As Global Head of Outside Counsel Engagement, she
led a global team managing relationships with over 800 law firms supporting a 2,000+
person legal department. She also developed and led the legal department’s diversity
strategy for outside counsel. Earlier at JPMorgan Chase, she served as Program
Manager for the firm’s Advancing Black Leaders strategy, where she helped drive
global efforts to increase representation and retention of Black talent. Keita began her
tenure as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, advising on legal and
regulatory risks through complex complaint analysis.
Prior to her corporate career, Keita practiced employment law for eight years, worked as
a consultant for an educational nonprofit, and was a successful entrepreneur.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and a J.D. from the University
of Pennsylvania Law School. Keita lives in Jersey City with her husband and their
three children.

Andrew Pascal (Las Vegas)
Andrew is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with more than 25 years of experience in the leisure entertainment and luxury hospitality industries. During that time, he founded and built businesses that delivered innovative solutions to the land-based and digital gaming industries. Andrew has worked extensively in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Las Vegas, and brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial passion, creative insight, and operating discipline to his ventures.

In summer 2025, Juliette held her first solo exhibition, Captured in Color, at BlueStream Gallery in San Francisco. There, she painted live, taught art classes, performed violin for gallery guests, and hosted 13 VIP receptions—welcoming tens of thousands of visitors from around the globe. Her artwork raised nearly $60,000 in a single month, all of which she donated to nonprofit organizations supporting education, healthcare, and mental wellness. To date, Juliette has donated over $300,000 to charity and helped raise millions more in support of communities worldwide.
A child of many talents, Juliette is also a TEDx speaker, Math Olympiad gold medalist, and award-winning violinist with over 100 international performances to her name. She has soloed with orchestras five times, won 1st place in more than 20 solo competitions, and is the youngest two-time recipient of the Dr. George Lechner medallion. Videos of her artistic and musical performances have garnered billions of views on social media. This July, Juliette continues to share her gifts through a dozen Artown events across Reno, including a featured solo violin recital at the Steinway Piano Gallery, accompanied by world- class musician Andrea Lenz.
